Co-founders Neeta Ganjoo and Amol Karwa identified a significant gap in the job market—highly qualified professionals struggled to find well-paying jobs due to inadequate networking platforms and a lack of understanding of employer expectations. That’s where it all began, networking and making it possible for employees to meet their prospective employers. What started as a do-good activity turned out to be a niche skill that turned out to be very successful.
They also noticed that friends and family looking to set up offices in India faced challenges navigating local labour laws and regulatory complexities.
Determined to make a difference, the duo founded Altaa Vistaa to empower companies by eliminating hiring borders and enabling talented individuals to find employers of choice locally and globally to access new opportunities.
