Co-founders Neeta Ganjoo and Amol Karwa identified a significant gap in the job market—highly qualified professionals struggled to find well-paying jobs due to inadequate networking platforms and a lack of understanding of employer expectations. That’s where it all began, networking and making it possible for employees to meet their prospective employers. What started as a do-good activity turned out to be a niche skill that turned out to be very successful.
They also noticed that friends and family looking to set up offices in India faced challenges navigating local labour laws and regulatory complexities.

With over 30 years of extensive experience in the HR industry, including RPO, staffing, and leadership hiring for product companies, the Founder and Director of Altaa Vistaa Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (AVPL) has successfully delivered end-to-end staffing solutions across multiple domains.
Since establishing AVPL in 2011, she has built a robust HR consulting firm that has continued to grow yearly. Under her leadership, the firm has brought together over 50 years of combined HR expertise, focusing on HR Process Outsourcing, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Staffing, and Organisational Development.
